The Akashic Records
The Akashic Records are an energetic recording of all your thoughts, words, deeds, motives, intentions, and feelings your soul has ever experienced since you first incarnated into physical form.

Your records work just like a detailed book containing infinite pages all about you, written without judgment. Your records interact with your soul’s experience in this incarnation because all past experiences and beliefs influence what’s being attracted into your life right now.
​​When we use the Akashic Records within a coaching container, we connect with your guides for next steps and guidance on the parts of your life where you may feel stuck.

I can open your Akashic Records with your permission and also go into the records of your event or business.
The processes that may happen when we're in your Akashic Records will depend on what you're working on, and what blocks, patterns and beliefs need to be healed or let go of to allow you to reach that next step.
Some of the processes or experiences that may happen could be messages from ancestors, loved ones and from the guardians of your records. There could be past life healings, working with the different aspects of you, shadow and persona work, disconnecting from people, or entity clearing.
The guardians of your records will meet you where you're at, which means there's no pressure for you to do anything or see anything, but just be open to the process.
The Akashic Records is not a means to see the future, but to receive the guidance and healing to reach the future the guardians of your records know is right in front of you.

We sometimes get in our own way, and the Akashic Records is a tool to bring the pieces forward to heal, transform or let go of, allowing us to reach that future.
When I'm coaching, I use the core competencies as described by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), along with the guidance from the guardians of your Akashic records, but I also use the power behind neuroplasticity.
I'm a certified coach and I'm also a certified Akashic Records practitioner and a certified Akashic Records healer and that's where the coaching experience is different with me.
The guidance is not only coming from within you, and from me, but also from the guardians of your Akashic Records.
