Advocate for yourself

My journey back to wellness was a combination of neuroplasticity, brain retraining, the teachings and meditation of Dr. Joe Dispenza,  working on my nervous system, and working within my Akashic Records to pinpoint limiting beliefs, receiving guidance for next steps, and transformational healings.  

 

Within this section are the resources I've used over the last 6 years.  Each person will resonate with different resources, so use your intuition to guide you on what will help you in this moment.

When I say advocate for yourself, I do not mean to not seek medical help.  I still use a combination of mainstream medicine, natural medicine, and out of the box modalities but I don't expect any of them to be the ticket to my wellness.  We each have to take responsibility for our own health.
